#8. What type of qualifications must the "qualified person" have who is

loading or unloading a cargo tank?

- Must be alert and within 25 feet of the tank being loaded or unloaded

- The must know about the hazardous material being loaded or unloaded

- All of the above.

- They must know emergency procedures and be able to move cargo tank, if needed
